I will keep it short. I meet a psychic that said she could switch her "gift" on and off. How can I do that? I did feel a switch in my brain in the past but I don't get how to get back there. I have difficulty feeling and often go back in my head. Weed does help but the cost on my focus isn't worth it long run so Im trying to find a solution. So far music and meditation help.
