So I got home after an hour drive on a new 650

Stopped to open my garage, and like the dumbass newbie that I am, I dropped the motorcycle, the mirror barely scratched. I dropped to to the left side, the bike turned off by itself, then a green liquid came out of it (I'm guessing the coolant). It came out from a small tube on the right side, it seems to be open and in that position on purpose. Is that normal? Or what should I do?
