Hi.

so,im am from EU bit i wanted to ask you guys.

i was an operator for 3 years and then a programmer/ technologist for another 7/8.i am currently 37 y/o.

Job 1 : big company,stable job,tech office(paper pushing),not much work (basically nothing),long drive,1 shift.

Job 2:small family company(some growth potential),close to home,30-40% better pay, 2 shifts(maaaybe sometimes 3).would work as an operator/programmer/inspection.

also,i have my own company with CAD/CAM support and some occasional "on the site" jobs.

what would you choose?
