Apartment in Baguio (2022)
I was a first-year college student then and decided to study in Baguio City to avoid the heat of Pampanga and to get away from the family for a while.
I'll list the things I felt and the places.
*Dominican Hill (Mirador) (Foot of Diplomat Hotel)
- first night during my first month in Baguio, you will feel that there's someone in the living room even if there isn't. What I feel is because of the energy flowing in the living room. It’s not good, but it’s also not bad.
- after 6 months in Baguio, I often experienced sleep paralysis and felt like someone was walking in my room.
- my apartment was creepy, and I will never forget a big black dog staring at me with its tongue out. This is its description because even now it's really scary; Black; Its body is big, let’s say it was 3.5 feet; yellow eyes; and it was drooling. I don’t know if it turned into a cat, but I didn’t pay attention to it because I had deadlines then hahaha.
- my friends visited my apartment, and while heading to my place, we smelled frangipani/jasmine on the way and we were all quiet.
- my apartment is a two-bedroom place, but I only rented one room; the other one was locked, but you could hear someone knocking.
*Loakan
- for starters, it’s condo-style but the entrance to the apartment is a bit inward and it's cheap (I'm keeping that a secret) and it's next to a memorial garden and another cemetery)
- on my first night, I experienced sleep paralysis. For me, this one is the disturbing one;
- I had already sorted out my new place and it was ready to sleep in. So on the night I was about to sleep, I dreamed that I was washing dishes, and when I looked to my right, an old woman in black with a veil was chasing me, holding a knife and saying to me, “Get out of here! You can't be here!” The worst part is my mind was awake, but I couldn't open my eyes at that time.
- the building has 3 floors, and I was on the 3rd floor, then all the rooms on the second floor were vacant. One time, while I was heading up to my floor, I suddenly heard footsteps on the 2nd floor even though there was no one there, plus you could feel the eerie vibe because you could hear voices in the wind that night.
