I have this plant around 7 years, waiting it to flower. I just realised it could be dragonfruit plant and that there is specific way to grow it.

It just flowered, one flower which died off 😭
I want to know if this is dragonfruit so I can follow instructions to take care of it better and see some flowers (at least), but hopefully some fruits.

I live in Mediterranean area, so it is quite hot during summer but it can get freezing during winter too. That’s why I am unsure about growing it outside. Any suggestions might help and are appreciated!
