I am having what I think is a spike in my T but I am unsure cause its acting weird like its hgiher ptich its cuts though alot more and its VERY sharp but its only in one ear (left) while my right one seems unchanged? and this is causing me alot of anxity cause of the normal (worry of permanance) but also cause it seems so diffrent then my "normal" spikes

its been a few days since it started

but it seems to just get worse dat normal idk 🤷‍♂️

Is anything of this normal and what can I do its been about a week soon
