I'd really appreciated it if any of you guys who had an visa interview at an US embassy recently could share how it was and how long it took until issuance. Thank you!

So I'm planning to visit my home country in the near future to get a visa stamp and I'm concerned about my previous EB2 I-140 petitions, even though I'm pretty much aware of the quasi-dual intent nature of O-1 status. Actually I have two, one denied and one pending.

If a consular officer asks about this, what is the best practice to address this? Would he/she suspect I will not return to the home country? Despite the dual intent, I believe I have to demonstrate my willingness to not remain permanently in the US.

I'd appreciate your experiences. Thank you!
