Does anyone else wish we could go the OKC route to success ?

Watching teams like OKC, San Antonio, and Boston just irritates me with how our FO insists on building the team. That obsession with g league players during the Jimmy era was insane and constantly waiting for superstars to ask out is a ridiculous way to run a franchise. It would be nice if they actually believed in drafting talent like OKC/San Antonio or building a good team like Boston. We are about to trade all of our picks and players for one guy that is injury prone and depends on athleticism. I now understand why the East is so weak, Brad Stevens is the only GM that knows how to put together a decent team and manage assets. For a team that loves waiting on disgruntled stars Miami has done a piss poor job with asset management. I hope we don’t trade our picks for 2026 and give away the rest of our future picks for one player

Labaron Philon or Cameron Carr ???

If you were a GM and both are on the board who would you choose? Who do you think has the higher upside? I like them both for my Miami Heat because we need shot creation and/or more offensively skilled players and I wonder which one would be better for us in the long run

Is Baba Miller worth a second round pick?

Has anyone here watched any Cincinnati games? How good is Baba? What are his strengths and weaknesses? What his player comp? Some YouTuber compared him to Serge Ibaka

Would anyone like Love and Hip Hop Family Reunion to be revamped? But different..

Hear me out…

I liked those Family Reunions they were doing a couple of years ago I don’t know why they stopped. I liked the idea and concept and the storylines weren’t as stale, fake, or negative. Bringing a different group of people together from different franchises was actually pretty cool. I think someone should bring this back except have reality stars from different shows do it.

Is anyone else not obsessed with trading for Giannis?

I wouldn’t be mad if we get him but I don’t understand why everyone thinks trading everything for him will fix this team. Our team was built to fail as is I can’t imagine what it’ll be like after giving all of our assets for one guy. Since Miami refuses to rebuild or tank I think we should just make minor upgrades. I believe it’s possible to have Ja and Kawhi without giving away too much.. I know people feel a certain type of way about Ja & Kawhi but I feel like Ja would get back to his old self in a new environment where he’s happy and Kawhi is sooo good when healthy. All of the guys fans want are injury prone including Giannis so I don’t get the pushback for Ja/Kawhi when it’s possible to have both. Idk.. I just feel like if we’re putting too many assets on the table it should be for players like Ant, Wemby, or Shai.

Is Trevon Brazile worth a second round pick?

I’ve been looking at footage of potential 2nd rounders and his tape stands out to me. I didn’t watch Arkansas games but his film looks like he’ll be a decent role player. Anyone that has actually watched him play.. what do you think about him?
