Hi guys. New owner po here. Kinda new with everything so need po ng insights nyo.

Released my unit yesterday, May 18, 2026 via autoloan BDO. Agent said na aabutin daw po ng almost 30 days bago marelease yung ORCR. Tried to argue na baka pedeng ma expedite ng konti kase gusto rin na naming ma break in at madala sa malayo. On the top of that magsisimula pa daw po yung 30days countdown after namin mapasa yung missing requirements.

Currently need to follow up ff documents:
PPSR co-maker
SOA + COE w/ compensation of co-maker's spouce (OFW po si comaker)

Normal po ba yung ganitong scenario, and if not what should I do po?
