We’re Hiring: Remote Recruiters (Philippines)
Success Matcher Recruitment is a US and Philippine-registered recruitment firm supporting clients across the US and UK markets. We are expanding our team and looking for experienced Recruiters to join our fully remote organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: PHP 40,000
- Uncapped Commission: PHP 90,000–100,000+ per placement
- Top performers earn PHP 200,000 to PHP 1,000,000+ monthly
- All-expenses-paid international incentive trips for top performers

Required Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of recruitment experience
- US and/or UK recruitment market experience required
- Strong headhunting and passive sourcing experience
- Strong Boolean search string and sourcing expertise
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to build strong connections with candidates
- Agency recruitment experience preferred
- Comfortable working US EST hours
- Preferably located within NCR or nearby areas to attend quarterly team meetups
