VVS Pre Syncope

I’ve been thinking a lot about how difficult it can be to communicate during pre-syncope/fainting episodes.

For me personally, I often still have a few seconds where I know I’m about to go down, but speaking/using my phone quickly becomes difficult.

One of the things I struggle with most is:

  • worrying nobody knows what’s happening
  • being alone during episodes
  • trying to alert someone before symptoms escalate

I’m really curious whether others experience similar issues or whether people have found anything that genuinely helps with this?

Do you:

  • text/call someone before symptoms worsen?
  • use any wearables/apps?
  • struggle to use your phone during episodes?
  • worry about being alone when symptoms hit?

Would love to hear real experiences because I feel like current options don’t really fit people with POTS/VVS/dysautonomia.
