I’m getting a ton of sessions but no purchases
I’ve been running ads on meta for about a week now, spending 35$ a day on a sales purchase campaign. I’m not sure at all why I’m getting absolutely no add to carts, much less purchases.
The 4 add to carts and the reached checkout and completed checkout are all me because I was testing to see if there was an issue with my store when it comes to making purchases.
I downloaded Microsoft clarity and I’m getting a lot of people who check out the product but nobody comes close to even adding it to their cart.
I’m fairly confident it’s not to do with my website or the trust because I’ve spent a lot of time working on my website and adding trust badges and guarantees. I’m not selling any traditional usual drop shipping products either.
My general hypothesis is that perhaps my ads themselves aren’t that great (although I did spend a lot of time working on them) and that Meta is sending me low quality clicks and people who aren’t interested in actually making any purchases, but I could be wrong.
I apologize for the short rant, just wanted to be as concise as possible. Hoping anybody more seasoned than me can help me out.
