To me, after seeing The Secret Door 2, it's clear that Marvin shot Brooklyn T. Guy.
I'm just going to assume you already saw the episode, so here's my main points:

• Gaslighting: Near the end of the episode, Marvin is doubtful if he shot the real Brooklyn Guy. The Survivor says "Well of course you did, why would I try to help everybody after trying to kill you guys? That doesn't make any sense." because that's obviously what he wants him to think. He's trying to plant doubt into Marvin's mind. It's obvious gaslighting.
• TSD and TSD2 Comparison: At the end of The Secret Door, Brooklyn Guy does not try to mess with Mario. He only explains what happens, answers some questions, and leaves. He does this because he knows Mario is traumatized. At the end of The Secret Door 2, however, The Survivor is constantly messing with Marvin, even though he knows his wife has been burned, his adopted son had his legs chopped off, and Chef Pee Pee's arm was chopped off, and that he was just in a stressful situation he's still doubtful of. It's just not something I see Brooklyn Guy doing to Marvin. Brooklyn Guy also explains that the room would be cleaned up in TSD, but in TSD 2 he presumably just leaves it as it is.
• "Spare Keys": This one is pretty obvious. You may think that because The Survivor knows what Simmons is talking about when Simmons asks if he wants his spare keys back because he is Brooklyn Guy. He knows he's talking about his car because earlier in the video, he watched Marvin and Simmons through the window trying to get Brooklyn Guy out of his trunk. Obviously, he uses that to his advantage to further gaslight Marvin.
• The Ending Stare: I'm sure you've seen it already. Why would they do that for it to just be Brooklyn Guy.
• Plot Setup: DBTG now has access to Brooklyn's whole life again. Since the original Secret Door incident started with DBTG's own wife, who is to say that he won't start it again by killing Karen and giving away Brooklyn Guy's house? I'm not really sure about this one, though, as I'm not sure if Logan would really kill off Karen.
