30*40 plot in Bangalore

I’m looking to purchase 30*40 plots in and around baglur cross, kogilu cross and Electronic City phase 1.
If the price is around 6k-7k per sqft , I’ll be purchasing 2. Anything above 7k , I’ll purchase 1. Any leads will be helpful.
