I want to create my own Jarvis like Tony Stark, with whom I will communicate, share my docs/photos and complete context so I can integrate it into all my applications(Gmail, calendar). Integrate it on my iPhone. Like a companion.

In future, I would like to introduce RAG performance, which I can use to read the updated docs and give me the right path to move ahead with my coding projects.

What I have right now?

1. Lenovo Ideapad Gaming with 4GB Graphic Card
2. RaspberryPI5 16GB.

Are these resources enough to get started, with at least testing?

I’m exploring building private AI server racks for IT firms, legal firms, and healthcare companies. The idea: your team gets a locally deployed AI engine, fully private, running on your own hardware. No data ever leaves your building or reaches big AI companies or anyone else. You still get a productivity boost close to what you’d get from cloud AI tools, roughly the same quality, but your data stays fully yours. Updates and maintenance are handled remotely, similar to how cloud providers manage infrastructure, so it’s not a one-time hardware drop and disappear.

I’d sell this as an ongoing service, setup plus maintenance, not just a one-time hardware sale.

Before I build this, I want honest feedback. Does your company worry about sending sensitive data to AI tools? Would something like this be worth paying for, or is the performance gap between private and cloud AI too big to matter? All opinions welcome.

Hello Everyone, I am 25M, I am a freelancer and I earn around 25k per month I have a huge vision to start my own Data Center; But I don't have any starting point.
I have just realised that I should be providing some service like, Web hosting or Database with Observability or anything. Then only, owning a data center makes sense.
