Hello everyone, idk if im in the right subreddit for this but im taking a chance. Im completely clueless about the whole crystal world and their effect but my girlfriend has not been feeling well these past days/week (lot of anxiety and work fatigue etc) i recently received a plushie she really wanted (bought it for her as a surprise to help her cheer up) and i wanted to know if there is something i could do like cleanse the plushie or straight up put crystals in it to help her with her anxiety and all that stuff.
