txt to epub -> sometimes there is no TOC only "Start"
Hi,
I've been using Calibre to create epubs from txt files - which often results in epubs with the correct TOC.
BUT maybe 20% of the attempts there is no TOC even though the procedure is the same.
I use # for h1 and ## for h2 with exactly the same settings for all txt to epub conversions but I have no clue why creating the TOC fails that often.
Using pandoc with the same txt creates an epub with a flawless TOC.
Is there a way to disable all guessings in calibre and simply rely on # and ##?
