What are some part time, non-professional job options in Seattle for late GenX/Gen Jones age range that won’t encounter much ageism? Or who employ people over 60, esp women?

Retail is an obvious one. Not sure what if any WFH ops there are, but that’s not necessary.
Do any restaurants hire older people? Granted, lifting 50 pounds gets tougher later in life.

EDIT: jobs that entail a lot of sitting are not ideal. Moving around and interacting with different people is better.
