Hello all! Im mentally preparing myself for surgery #3. I want to start tracking pain levels by the day to show my surgeon and so hopefully insurance wont fight as much. I dont do well with a physical journal type tracker so I was wondering if anyone had an app recommendation or something for tracking pain and pain management.
