Today is game two of the games Subway Series between the NY Yankees vs NY Mets. The promotion is the shirt that I'm wearing. I had the chopped cheese from Amazin' Deli, Colombian Empanadas from Chava's and ice cream from Mr. Softee.

Who do you have winning the series?

Trip Report: Portland, Maine (5/2 -5/5)

I took a spontaneous weekend trip to Portland, Maine for a Cider Festival. It was my first time in Maine. I didn't get to spend a lot of time exploring since I was recovering from knee surgery so I couldn't do what I wanted to do like going to the many lighthouses that Portland and Maine are known for. The fresh seafood was amazing, of course. I also was able to try caviar (Fancy, Pinky Up!) and it was spectacular; not paying $600 for all three but excellent none the less.

When I fully heal, have more money, and more time, I will definitely go back to experience the fullness of Maine. Of course Bangor and a Stephen King Tour will be my next stop.

**Accommodations**:

\-Black Elephant Hostel \[Great hostel that is centrally located in downtown Portland. Would definitely go back\]

**Restaurants/Markets:**

\- Brown Trading Market \[Ask to try the caviar. It's worth the experience\]

\- High Roller Co \[One of many restaurants that have great lobster\]

\-Salt Cellar \[ Have a great selection of international salts\]

\-Eventide \[Great local raw bar for oysters and their famous brown butter lobster rolls\]

\-Holy Donut \[Famous for their potato donuts. I recommend getting one donut because they're dense but taste very good\]

\-The Friendly Toast \[Top rated diner that is known for brunch items. I had the chicken and waffle. Also, a natural juice flight\]

**Things to Do:**

**-**Casco Bay Lines Harbor Cruise \[ I took the 2.5 hour tour that goes to most of the islands that deliver mail. On a sunny day, the views are amazing\]

\*\*I didn't do much besides light walking and the cider festival so I don't have a lot of things to do for suggestions\*\*
