I’m on season 8 (not done yet) and I’m shocked with all the food network faces I keep seeing. I will say I am now siding eyeing a few of them bc of how terrible they were on their season.

Antonia Lafaso- still love her! Might even love her more than seeing her on TOC and GGG

Tiffany D- I love her! Not sure why yall call her country she legit doesn’t have a country accent. And she’s fun! Currently watching her on Masterchef/ BTT and she’s very much the same.

Tiffani F- she’s a bad ass, I love her on season 1 & 8.

Richard Blaise- liked him on season 4, season 8 I’m side eying him. He thinks he’s Eric Ripert good lol, he always falls flat though. Love him now on NLC and as a judge on GGG, but holy smokes he is annoying lol.

Marcel V- omg I am just so shocked with how big of a jackass he was on season 2/8. No they should not have tried to cut his hair but he is an annoying chef who always falls short as well! But I do love him now on Food network shows, happy I saw him there first bc I would hate him if I saw Top chef first lmao

Leah- from season 5, I’ve seen her on the food network and thought she was talented. Watching her top chef .. she’s kind of meh

Carla Hall- absolutely love her! She’s always herself no remarks!

Brian Malarky- I now see why Guy calls him shenanigans, he really do just be doing too much lmao. But I like him and I didn’t realize until like TOC 5, he’s kinda hot lol.

Dale Taledade ( think i spelt it wrong) but sweet jeez he had anger issues lol. Now he is so mellow and fashionable, I was shocked to see that’s how he acted on Top Chef. Still like him though.

Elia- I was rooting for her on 24 in 24, had no clue where she came from but she was kicking ass. Now seeing her top chef origin, omg I don’t think I would have been rooting for her at all. Poor girl was so delusion about her bad food😂.

Michael Voltagio - love him now and love him after watching TC. Happy him and Tiffany worked together with Bobby Flay. I know Brooke is on TC but I haven’t reached her season yet ( she better still be likable)

So far those are the faces I’m familiar with up until season 8, I know I still have more season to come with Eric A, KCB, Brooke, and I think Kwame is on here too. I hope I don’t hate them after watching lol no

Edit: how could I forget my favorite winner Stephanie Izard, she can cook! That’s why you lost Richard lol she’s a beast and then becomes an Iron Chef!!

I forgot Bryan Voltalgio! I love him as well guys lol!

I just started watching the newest season and went back to the older seasons to see what I was getting into. I like the show and have read that people always have some of the same thoughts I have leading up to season 8 lol.

Season 1- Whitney was nice, but was shocked she won when her food seemed boring. It must have tasted amazing lol.

Season 2- I really thought Christian’s rude ass was gonna win, but some somehow Jennifer did lmaoo. She was honestly the last person I expected to sneak up and win.

Season 3- Christine deserved it 100%, nobody could compete.

Season 4 - I did like Luca, but was surprised he lasted nearly as long as he did. But now after a few seasons see why they showed his terrible dishes the most. Because they had to show he actually did improve.

Season 5- Courtney, her confessionals were annoying. And when the judges kept asking for her opinion on what every one else was cooking was strange af, she only give responses like she was damn judge and they just kept asking her stuff. Have not seen that on any other season. She was good but I have never seen it so obvious they wanted her to win. She only had one bad dish, but all the other people they made it seem like the winner had to show constant improvement. She literally never improved and was always sending good dishes, how did that even fit their narrative lol.

Season 6- Claudia, I like her!I knew her from food network post win though, so I was happy to see her origin. Derrick was great, but he was like Courtney to me, he always had good dishes and didn’t really need to improve, kind of boring lol.

Christina during the auditions cracked me up because she would she a hot guy cook the first dish and see all this potential they had and skills to grow and then once she ate the average joe looking persons food, she would do a 180 because they actually cooked a better dish 😩. She did it a few times that made me notice.i thought it was funny.

Season 7- Shaun, meh lol, he was a nice guy but that’s about it lol. I wanted Brandi to win, she reminds me so much of Demarris from the FN.

Season 8- Dino. He cracked me up during his audition that I had to see what the heck he was up to. Only to find out he won lol. Unlike the others they didn’t really give him too much camera time like I thought.

And wtf was up with Christina Tosi this season (only reason I actually made this post lmao). It’s like she was trying to be a baker version of Gordon, but it made her so unlikable. She literally had me cringing all season when she would talk like she randomly went through some hard baker military boot camp and decided to comeback a hard ass. All the hand movements and expressions she made just so fake. When Ramsey/Joe do it, you can tell that’s just them being themselves; she was just giving fake.

And when does the beef with Jeff start,I’m at episode 16 and he’s not that bad😩
