I’ve never been to American school before and I’m kind scared because I’m moving to America next year for my dad’s job and the schools website says the day starts at 8:40 and ends at 4:10 is this normal American school? My current school starts at 8 o’clock and ends at 2:30, 1:30 on Tuesdays I’m not used to this much school and like is this normal or is this just the universe saying screw you. I will say I just looked up the school website so it might just be opening hours like when the front office opens and closes but I’m not sure, that’s why I’m asking I guess.

I won’t say what school or like what school district because that’s probably not safe, but I will say its in Texas cause that might be relevant. I don’t know.
