1rhks available around shahpur jat /panchsheel park north

Keep getting dms and seeing a lot of people looking for rooms around the area so just letting yall know.

- 1 rhks mostly and few 1 bhk left I think? Semi furnished with lights and fan. Each with its own separate washroom. There is ventilation in each room. Seperate water tanks for drinking water, i checked the tds was around 39? But just for peace of mind I have a gravity purifier for myself.

- no brokerage charged. One month advance+ one month security.

- 1 rhks are starting from 10k and up and 1bhk was 16/17k and up, depending on room size and floor. There is no lift but each flight of stairs is around 12 risers so it's fine for me personally. There are rooms on the terrace floor as well with ample space in front. Few are booked few available.

- there is a park right in front and a shared balcony for all floors , each floor has 4 rooms.

Lemme know if anyone wants the guy ka number. Just say you got the number via ad or somthing, its a bit embarrassing doing this tbh 🫪 Doing this cause I would prefer human beings around me rather than not 😭 it's newly constructed so there isn't a lot of anyone.

Managing dad's affair past his death

Managing my dad's financial affairs ****

So my dad passed away recently without being able to relay all the money matters to us, he was on ventilator for over a month so there wasn't much we could do. Now I finally had time to start sorting out his matters and there is a lot I wish to get advice on:

  1. His life insurances : he had zero financial planning for the future tbh like.. I checked and he has about 10L in total across all his life insurances... I don't want any of it and wish to just invest it in something for my mum's (53) future funds. My mum has no idea about anything so that will be all on me. We have our own house where for the time being the rent will be enough to suffice but I do wish to save up for her old age and future health issues related if possible. Let me the best way to what I should do with.

  2. Dad has like investment around 25k in lic & Patanjali stocks which are now at 45k. Do we have to pull it out or can we can pull out the Patanjali one and keep the lic one running since i feel like it will have more growth. Again everything on this post is to be used for my mum's future

  3. We had taken about 40L from our other family members for dad's health related costs. (The total cost since he was sick till his passing was about 1.5cr, I took care of most of the cost with my savings and my brother chimed in as well, since dad didn't believe in health insurance 🫩 ) Which I plan to repay by 3 to 5 years if possible. They are family so they have told me they don't want it but my consciousness and my mum never gonna live with that, she keeps saying to sell the house and give it back but I plan to save up for it.

So, my plan is I have about 1.2L in a FD which will mature next year, barely any returns on that so what should I do with that?

I have monthly sip of 3k in Parag flexi, 3k in tata pharma, 1k in boi flexi. Another 1L in Utkarsh small finance Bank at about 8% , which I(24F) plan to keep for atleast a year. And another 3L in saving which I'm unsure of what to do.

In addition monthly I plan to put in another (30k me) + (40k brother(22)'s but he doesn't wanna open demat account and all just plans to chip in his 40k monthly to me as his part of paying off our dad's debt) in sip so please suggest which one would be beneficial for me to invest in for fulfilling the debt requirement.

  1. When I say my dad was a poor planner I do mean poor, cause he had taken a personal loan of around 2.5L six months before which we came to know now after his phones started ringing with Bajaj guys calls. Approx it was an emi of 10k per month. Do I need to pay this or something? There was no co signed for this though idk how they got hold of my mother's number and are saying she's a nominee so she has to pay though I checked the docs and there is no where her name mentioned in the papers. Also the bank had taken a life insurance+ a health insurance with the loan so can't they take the rest amount from the life insurance policy? If push comes to shove I plan to visit and settle for about 20% ish of the left amount citing all the reasons. Again my name is mentioned nowhere

There is a lot more I have questions on but there are my immediate please help me what I should do.
