Cambridge makes everything its way.

Just like student and teacher have different approach and different style. Cambridge as such massive institute and organisation, I believe should accept different style of thinking process and style of understanding. Not everyone's have English have first language yet student try to put up words to convey their answer yet they are stuck with that student wrote "change" instead of variation. I believe a minor mistake matter, but they should be punished with minor penalty and not with big cross with "seen".

For analogy, a teacher teaches everyone in same way and pattern and everyone performs differently. Some perform better than other? Keeping other constants like motivation and study hour equal, this pattern continues. Majorly many student have different abilities and maybe discorder like ADHD, therefore different approach should be taken for student rather than saying you have to learn the teachers "perfect" way.

Same goes with cambridge however we have seen no changes with cambridge except scale of leaks.

What are your thoughts?

Hey! Brief once again IGCSE -6A*2A1B1C(world topper in maths, and C in art) in 2025

My initial plan was to design so I took maths, further maths, physics and art.

In 2026 now I sat for AS level however I was so passionate about studies and did A2 along and gave linear of maths further maths and art in AS level itself and got A*A*U and a in physics. Idk how I got U in art. But for scholarship I require 4 subject and I had A2 year so I thought to give my whole so I have taken ECO and CS this 20th august. (5 subject without art so I can be confident) But now maths and other subject are really different. Doing course require memorisation too like CS and it's very heavy for someone like me. I dropped IT in IGCSE because I hate memorising and got only A in my first term. I love eco but I got A in IGCSE so I'm very underconfident seeing the A2 course. On top of that I have physics A2 which I need to turn into A* with 86 pum. I want 5A* and I somehow clueless about what to do. It have made me sick. I also want to take accountings for my backup for any other subject but that's another burden. I have to give IELTS too. What do you think gang? And I have to complete whole course of AS and A2 in 6 months

As you all are asking for resources....So..... I was on my own, no teacher, no guidance and I took timing really lightly until 10 days before the exam, I returned from my outstanding cambridge leaf er award that I haven't even started mechanics. I never studied theory (I had as level physics) and jumped to this penguin past year paper.This is better because it's not just topical.. it's sub topical meaning it gives question type pdf and not topic pdf. Nothing came out of these typa questions. Same pattern. However don't be lazy to do all questions!!!

I almost gave up on this question on summation of complex numbers but I didn't give up and gave all I got and I did it!!!!! I never touched the pyp of P2 four days before the exam and I did all 6 years past year paper in 3 days!! Holy comeback!! In mocks I got my marks in single digits but I guess hard worked beat its

I was a world topper for maths in igcse. In IGCSE(2025) I scored 6A* 2A 1B 1C.i studied additional maths and further mathematics by myself as school doesn't provide it. I have taken maths a level before in March 2026 and scored A* And I completed as level and a level in single year. And also did accelerated linear for other subjects and result is on 11th(further maths,art,physics).

I wanna pursue maths, do uk any university which has scholarships?
