Third colonoscopy new prep sounds crazy….help!

I’m scheduled to have my third colonoscopy this Friday (8am EST), and the doctor has prescribed a new prep called Plenvu with office instructions that differ from the instructions that come with the prep.

If I follow this, I will be up ALL night! After a whole day of clear liquid diet, I take the first dose at 5pm (which is taken with 16oz of water.) The second dose—also with 16oz of water is taken at 10:30pm. The additional instructions state to “drink at least 12 tall glasses (about 8-10 oz glasses) of clear liquids throughout the evening. It looks it will be midnight before I can even hope to maybe get some sleep. But….

I MUST take my BP med four hours before the procedure, which will be 4am.

Sooooo, it looks like I will be up literally all night getting rid of 80oz of clear liquids on top of 32oz of procedure mix, and if I am able to get any sleep at all, I have to wake up at 4am to take the meds.

Has anyone had this procedure (and it was successful) and was also able to get some good rest the night before?

TIA. I feel desperate and considering paying the penalty for canceling too late.

An explanation from the pastor re: VBS killing with guns video posted earlier.

I was fooled by the “shooting an immigrant” false narrative when I posted the VBS video yesterday. So, I looked into it and found this. (Thanks to those who pointed this out.)

What I still can’t see, though, is how this skit teaches children how to fight an “invisible evil” by using the “sword” of God, which is truth, righteousness, and the gospel of grace—especially when the most ardent defenders of showing this to kids are the same ones who use scripture as an actual defense for literally using guns to kill literal humans.

Can anyone defending this explain how this teaches those kids just exactly what to do when fighting evil using truth, righteousness, and the gospel of grace?

I’m fairly well educated, and am an adult, and even I can’t see how to possibly translate such a graphic display of physical violence into winning a spiritual battle over invisible evil.
