As the launch of Season 2 ,「Carnival of Strange Tales」（狂欢怪谈）, approaches, content from Season 1 will either be removed, retained, inherited, or reset. Below is a consolidated explanation of all rules related to this seasonal transition, so everyone can plan their resources in advance and avoid expired items or lost progress.

Q: After the season ends, will the S1 season lobby remain?

A: After the season ends, the S1 season lobby 「Laboratory in a Box」（箱中研究室） will retain its map entrance (the suitcase), but map teleport anchors will no longer remain, and starlight values can no longer be automatically obtained. At the same time, 「Gulala」（古拉拉） will move to the new season lobby to sell new furniture, while 「Lumeng」（露萌） will leave the 「Laboratory in a Box」.

Q: What will happen to the Time-Gathering Token Shop （拾光代币商店）and tokens after the season ends?

A: After the season ends, the 「Time-Gathering Token Shop」 will close, and unused 「Time-Gathering Tokens」（拾光代币） will be converted into 「Roco shells」 at a ratio of 1:4000. Please use your tokens in time and plan accordingly.

Q: After the season ends, can S1 season emotes still be exchanged?

A: After the season ends, all Tier 1 interactive emotes (Come Here I（来这里I）, Deep in Thought I（左思右想I）, Sudden Realization I（恍然大悟I）, Greeting I（打招呼I）) will remain permanently available and can still be exchanged in the 「Laboratory in a Box」. Tier 2 emotes (Come Here II, Deep in Thought II, Sudden Realization II, Greeting II) will be removed and may return in the future.

Q: After the season ends, can S1 season toys still be exchanged?

A: After the season ends, seasonal toys 「Old Suitcase」（旧皮箱）, 「Knowledge Bench」（知识板凳）, and 「Comfortable Desk」（舒适课桌） can still be exchanged in the 「Laboratory in a Box」.

Q: After the season ends, can S1 season fashion parts still be exchanged?

A: After the season ends, the S1 fashion item 「Researcher Hat」（研究员帽子） will be removed and may return in the future.

Q: After the season ends, can S1 season furniture still be exchanged?

A: After the season ends, the seasonal furniture 「Astronomical Telescope」（天文望远镜）, 「Astrology Table」（占星台）, 「Celestial Globe」（星球仪）, 「Astrology Tent」（占星帐篷）, 「Astrology Carpet」（占星地毯）, and 「Lost Star」（遗落之星） will be removed and may return in the future.

A: After the season ends, 「Dreamweaving Prism Ball」 acquisition methods will be removed, but already obtained items will remain and their effects will stay unchanged. They may return in the future. 「Light-Capturing Balls」 will also no longer be obtainable, but existing items and effects will remain unchanged.

Q: What will happen to S1 NPC battles after the season ends?

A: After the season ends, the 8 NPCs in NPC battles will leave and be replaced with new seasonal battle NPCs.

Q: What changes will happen to the Shining Tournament（闪耀大赛） after the season ends?

A: The following changes will occur after the season ends:

1 . The 「Shining Tournament」 namecard (Wing King （翼王） style) will remain. Reobtaining the card in S2 will upgrade its appearance.

2. The 「Gathering Light in the Dark Night」（暗夜拾光） namecard (Pal（帕尔） style) will be removed and replaced with a new seasonal namecard.

3. Titles including 【Barely Won】, 【Almost Won】, 【Never Won】, and 【Everyone】 will be removed and replaced with new seasonal titles.

4. Any unclaimed Time-Gathering Tokens from weekly Shining Tournament challenge rewards will be sent by mail after the S2 update and automatically converted into Roco shells at a ratio of 1:4000 upon collection.

5. Any unclaimed Light-Capturing Balls from weekly Shining Tournament challenge rewards will also be distributed via mail after the S2 update.

6. Rewards for the current 「Shining Tournament」 season (May 18, 2026 04:00 – May 25, 2026 04:00 GMT+8) will switch alongside the season update. Before the update, rewards will be 「Time-Gathering Tokens」; after the update, they will become 「Carnival Tokens」（狂欢代币）. Reward claim counts will reset after the S2 update, so young Rocos may plan their gameplay schedule accordingly.

7. After the S2 update, player ranks will reset according to their S1 rank:

Apprentice Duelist I–V → Apprentice Duelist I
Beginner Duelist I–V → Apprentice Duelist I
Intermediate Duelist I–V → Apprentice Duelist I
Advanced Duelist I–V → Apprentice Duelist I
Elite Duelist I–V → Intermediate Duelist I
Chief Duelist I–V → Intermediate Duelist I
Master Duelist → Advanced Duelist I

Q: What changes will happen to Starlight Duel（星光对决） after the season ends?

A: After the season ends, rewards for the current 「Starlight Duel」 season (May 18, 2026 04:00 – May 25, 2026 04:00 GMT+8) will switch alongside the season update. Before the update, rewards will be 「Time-Gathering Tokens」, while after the update they will become 「Carnival Tokens」. Young Rocos may choose challenge timing according to their desired rewards.

Q: After the season ends, how can players still obtain the 8 new S1 encounter Jinglings?

A: After the season ends, the 8 new S1 encounter Jinglings will no longer appear through S2 「Special Encounter」. Players who already own female S1 encounter Jinglings may continue obtaining them through egg hatching, or directly capture them in the worlds of players who own corresponding S1 encounter Jingling fruits.

Q: After the season ends, how can players still obtain the 16 S1 alt-color encounter Jinglings?

A: After the season ends, previous seasonal alt-color encounter Jinglings will no longer appear through current seasonal encounters. They may still be obtained through the following methods:

1 . Great World encounters: They may appear at low probability in the Great World, either as Resting Owl Shelter Jinglings or wild Jinglings. (Because S1 seasonal encounter Jinglings have no wild form, they will only appear in Resting Owl Shelters containing corresponding fruits.)

2. Egg hatching: Can be obtained at low probability through hatching.

3. Seasonal shop: Exchange current seasonal currency for random 「Past Alt-Color Egg Gift Packs」（过往异色蛋礼包）.

Q: What will happen to the S1 “alt-color pity” system after the season ends?

A: After the season ends, only the pity counters for 「Pass Jinglings」（通行证精灵） and the 「Fire Red Tail Family」（火红尾家族） will carry over into the new season. All other alt-color pity counters will be reset and not inherited.

Q: After the season ends, how can the legendary Jingling Dragonbreath Pal （龙息帕尔）be obtained?

A: After the season ends, the dungeon 「Legendary Jingling Challenge · Dragonbreath Pal」 will be removed and may return in the future, at which point players can once again obtain the legendary Jingling 「Dragonbreath Pal」. Unused Pal Marks will be converted into Roco Shells at a ratio of 1:80000, so please use them in time.

Q: After Season 1 ends, can S1 seasonal encounters still be triggered?

A: After the season ends, the S1 encounter 「Nightmare Shackles」（噩梦枷锁） will be removed. A brand-new S2 seasonal encounter 「Lucky Surprise Box」（幸运惊喜盒） will launch instead.

Q: After Season 1 ends, can S1 seasonal story content still be experienced?

A: After the season ends, all S1-related tasks and seasonal story recap content will be removed from the quest list.

Q: After Season 1 ends, can S1 seasonal assignments still be completed?

A: After the season ends, 「Gathering Light in the Dark Night」 assignments will be removed. S1 seasonal 「Encounter Jingling Seeds」（奇遇精灵果实） will no longer be obtainable, but already owned items and effects will remain unchanged. Original 「Seasonal Badges」（赛季徽章） will be removed along with their effects and replaced with new seasonal badges unlocked through seasonal assignments. The seasonal-exclusive namecard 「Light Gathering Master」（拾光精通者） will no longer be obtainable, but already obtained cards and effects will remain unchanged.

Q: What will happen to the S1 season pass after the season ends?

A: After the season ends, the 「Light Gathering Pass」（拾光通行证） will be removed, though exclusive rewards may return in the future. 「Pass Jinglings」（通行证精灵） may still be obtained through fruits, and their evolution-chain pity counters from S1 will carry over. Their alt-color forms can still be encountered through new seasonal 「Encounter Events」 triggered via Jingling fruits.

Warm Reminder:

「Contract Friend Tickets」（契约副券） and 「Shining Contract Friend Tickets」（闪耀契约副券） are only valid during their corresponding season. Expired 「Contract Friend Tickets」 will convert into 410 「Roco Gems」, while expired 「Shining Contract Friend Tickets」 will convert into 820 「Roco gems」. Please use or gift them before expiration.

After expiration, exchange records can be viewed in Backpack → Important. Once viewed, reminders will no longer appear. Returned tickets collected from mail that have already expired due to seasonal transition will automatically convert into equivalent Roco Gems.

Q: After Season 1 ends, can the Fire Red Tail Family （火红尾家族）Jinglings still be captured?

A: 「Fire Red Tail Family」 Jinglings can still be captured through seeds, while inheriting the evolution-chain pity counters from S1. Alt-color forms may still be obtained through new seasonal 「Encounter Events」 triggered via Jingling fruits.

Q: After Season 1 ends, can players still obtain the three S-rank outfits from Heartfelt Gift Weaving（心意织礼）?

A: Young Rocos who registered before May 21, 2026 04:00 (GMT+8) can still participate in this event. Players who register afterward may exchange for the outfits through the random shop.

Special Note: The personal namecard 「Fireplace Companion」（壁炉边伙伴）, accessory 「Mysterious Cookie」（神秘饼干）, and 「Fireplace Companion Themed Wand」（壁炉伙伴主题法杖） will not enter the random shop.
