the reason why i suck at geometry its because i wasnt using trig at all thinking i might get pure geometry

im STRUGGLING in geometry olympiads and theres no way for me to improve except for my dumb brain to memorize it without learning anything what should i do to stop this loop i want to improve except ive wasted 10-8 hours everyday learning nothing

hes been using it during his studies on algebra 1 and geometry and he managed to finish it in a month, im just afraid he will rely on claude and might give him false info and might never get the ability to spot a mistake
