Maintaining on Maintenance

I get compliments every Sunday at church. People have watched my journey week to week. Yesterday I had someone say, "Your face doesn't look gaunt at all." I had a good laugh. Anyway, I am maintaining between 160-165. My lowest weight was 163, and last week I got up to 167. I tried not to freak out. I got back to 165 this morning by eating more protein and fewer carbs. I'm on 7.5 mg. I was hoping to go back to 5mg but I don't think that's going to happen.

Update: Today (Tues) I'm back to 164. While I was actively losing, I weighed about twice a week. Now I'm weighing almost every day and I think that will help me maintain.

Swimsuit pictures!

Here's a before and after of me in a swimming suit. The after picture shows the loose skin on my arms and also my sentinel node biopsy scar from 23 years ago. I felt wonderful in the before picture because I was with my best friend on a girl's island trip, and I felt wonderful in the after picture because I'm here, alive, healthy, and enjoying my first grandchild.

New Here: UTI and Gallstones

What a long and winding road. July 11 I got very sick with what I thought was a UTI and pulled rib muscle. I had been kayaking so that's how I explained the side pain to myself. When I went to Urgent Care I was very dehydrated and the dip stick test said UTI. They prescribed antibiotics. I went home and rehydrated and was sick in bed for three days with chills, mild fever and excessive sweating in addition to the side pain and UTI. I didn't start feeling better until the antibiotics were done. Previously, on July 2 I had my yearly physical and needed to get the blood work done so I waited a couple of days after I finished the antibiotics and got my labs done.

That's when the fun began. My ALK PHOS was 328 and my ALT was 38. Dr. Google said it might be my liver out of wack but my doctor believed it was my gall bladder. He ordered an ultrasound which showed 1. Cholelithiasis without sonographic evidence of acute cholecystitis.
2.  Dilated common bile duct measuring up to 9.8 mm.

Insurance so far has denied the MRCP test. Today I repeated the blood tests with the addition of lipase level.

I have an appointment with a surgeon in 2 weeks and a gastro in 3 weeks. I currently feel absolutely fine but I feel like I have a ticking time bomb in my guts.

Is there anything else I should be doing besides staying hydrated and avoiding huge amounts of fat? I should also say I lost 55 lbs over the course of a year on Zepbound.
