Got almost the perfect build with 21/25 echo rolls finally almost out of the mines got a shit tone of Atk% and lib roles so didnt go for a atk 3 cost. The problem is I am missing 5% er on her. All of them look pretty hard to upgrade. I do have S3 sequences she is still at S0 cuz I just want to try her more at S0 till lucilla and have fun cuz Idk why kuro cant let us togle jsut for testing and shit. Anyways, can any S2 haver tell me that her Er req drops cuz at S2 she can easily do 4 iais every rotation in the same amount of time because her E skills basically give you the full 3 iais and one basic atk sting give you one is that enough to negate 5%er on my account or am I still fked and have to gamble if in lucilla team she requires less ER or back to the mines( Plz no I used 60 Modifiers.)
