Experience with cancer?

Has anyone had experience with either chemodectoma or lymphoma with their Frenchie?

Since Feb our sweet 10 year old boy (11 in June) has had a myriad of symptoms which started with having accidents (extremely unusual for him) and being unable to climb any steps. A UTI was ruled out despite blood in his urine.

It quickly escalated with what we thought were 2 seizure episodes and not acting himself. After a range of tests and our vet consulting a neurologist, it was determined he either had chemodectoma or lymphoma. He has a mass in his chest. This is causing pulmonary hypertension. We were told only an oncologist would be able to determine which one but that may involve a biopsy. We have opted to manage his symptoms with our vet and make him comfortable.

It is still agonizing to not know which one he has and what to expect moving forward.

His symptoms range from wobbilness (back legs shake), excessive thirst (which is causing non stop peeing), spacing out, & head tilting

Has anyone had experience with either of these? What symptoms did your dog have?
