Hi all.

I was wondering if anybody knew for a fact if all the Cooltrainers in Emerald use Hyper Potions or Full Restore, because in the wiki there's no information about it, and all the ones I've encountered (the ones that I didn't KO in one move) end up using them.

Just curious.
