I have one tuber I put in a ziploc to wake up March 7th (unknown pink variety) and a Bristol Stripe from March 12th. Both are growing roots just fine but there still aren't any eyes forming. I've planted several others on the same days and they're quite big already. Is there still hope for these two? How long is the max time for them to sprout?

The pink one is starting to grow some really weird round things on the old stem (pic in comments). The Bristol Stripe is still only putting out roots.
