Wife and I have been TTC for eight months. Did two SAs that came back with no sperm.

I met with my urologist and my results came back

FSH: 15.9

LH: 8.8

Testosterone Total: 204

Feels like this is basically worst case scenario. How bad is it? During the physical exam my doctor said my testes were relatively normal size.
