I have a few questions..💭

Long story short: I’ve been avoiding the topic of PCOS for quite some time despite having strong symptoms like extremely long cycles, chin and stomach hair growth, mood swings, fatigue, etc.

Now that I’m finally trying to address this issue, I have a few questions and maybe someone can help me out:

Assuming you manage to get your hormones under control (which some people here have already talked about), does the hair growth on the stomach and chin eventually go away over time as well?

I have rather narrow hips compared to my shoulders — could that also be related to it?

Aside from general lifestyle changes, are there any specific teas or foods that have helped you significantly?

We generally eat unprocessed foods and avoid industrial sugar in our household. Do I still need to avoid things like honey and dried fruits?

What changes did you make in your life overall to see improvement? Where is the best place to start? Honestly, the whole topic feels overwhelming to me.

I’m completely new to this topic and grateful for any advice 💗
