Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my studio lease in Wrigleyville. The lease runs through April 30, 2027. I honestly really like the apartment and wasn’t planning on leaving, but I got a job opportunity in Florida shortly after signing the lease that I can’t pass up so I need to move unexpectedly 🙂

📅 Lease Ends: April 30, 2027
📦 Move-In: Ideally June 1
🎁 I’m willing to cover half of the first month’s rent if someone is able to take over the apartment by June 1.

About the apartment:
This studio is really solid. I looked at quite a few studios in the Wrigleyville, Lincoln Park, and Gold Coast areas before signing this lease. My budget was about $1300–1900 and this one was the best I could find all things considered (price, location, quality of the studio).
All in, monthly cost usually comes out to around $1650–1700/month total, which is honestly very good for the quality of the apartment and the area.
