Most underrated Static-X song?
Due to the negativity over a certain chain of events in this SR, I want to get discussion back onto what the real talk should be about: the music!
What's your favorite Static-X song that you think doesn't get the love it deserves?
I would say Bien Venidos / Get To The Gone. Without a doubt.
I am a sucker for songs in parts or have intros. Hearing that song for the first time on the way to my first show for them on the recommendation of my brother changed my life. And the amount of energy I feel flowing through my body every time KNOWING the song, let alone album, that comes next is immeasurable. As an intro it is so simple and subverts so many expectations even for the people that come in to check out the band from Push It, The Only, Skinnyman, etc. It is the 'yes... I am ready to get PUMPED' that makes Get To The Gone and Machine so interesting to me as an opener and album.
