Hi. I bought a 2022 built house right now about 6 months ago and just observed this side where it's a black patch on the siding on the concrete. I called few people up and they said it's waterproofing and nothing else. Is there anything to worry? Can anyone please guide. There's a little rat hole on the side but that's it. What should I do?
