Hi! My roommate and I (M and F) are looking to sublet our studio apartment for the summer for 2370/month (1185 each for 2 people) with gas and water included. We are open to subletting to anyoneee and can accomodate to your needs so we are willing to negotiate the price as well! The studio easily fits 2 people and has 2 closets and all furniture included like couch, dining table, drawers and all kitchen/bathroom appliances. We're really flexible on move out and move in, but july-mid september is the general range we are looking for. Please dm if you're interested and we are willing to share photos of the space! If possible, we'd also like to leave some of our stuff here over the summer and can talk about the logistics of that (like how much space we will take, etc. etc.)
