Cannabizoo – no refund received for defective vape
I’m sharing my experience to understand if others have faced the same issue.
I received a vape from Cannabizoo that never worked from the start.
I contacted support and was told to write again later regarding the refund. When I followed up as instructed, communication stopped and the refund was never processed.
I’ve seen similar comments mentioning delays or lack of response after refund requests, so I’m trying to understand if this is a recurring issue or isolated cases.
Has anyone else experienced something similar?
