(Spoiler warning!) The scene where Peregrinus gives his final goodbye to Geopelia is really heartbreaking

And i don't understand why no one talks about that.

Firstly, when Peregrinus steps out of the train, he explains to Geopelia that it's time for her to go, making her dissapointed.

After that, he tells her that people will meet again. Geopelia questions if they will meet in the world called reality, and he agrees.

Peregrinus tells her that her story just begun. Geopelia realizes that he will never see him again, and she can't help but cry.

Peregrinus, noticing Geopelia crying, tells her that they promised each other, and that he wants her to "live on, and live well".

Homever...she knows he can't keep that promise.

I tried to explain it the best I can. I am not a native english speaker and I might have made some mistakes
