Hi everyone,
I was put on hydroxychloroquine in August and officially diagnosed in December and put on imuran. I felt so much better during the winter months and had very minimal symptoms. Now that the weather is getting nicer, I have been using sunscreen and protective clothing every time I’m outside which has been helpful but my pre imuran/pre winter symptoms are returning.
I’ve have prednisone for big flares but I haven’t had one yet since the sun has returned. I’m hesitant to request a medication change because I feel like one of my big symptoms was fatigue and the imuran seemed to fix that
Is this just my normal now or should I be seeking a different medication/additional medication?
Is it possible to have no symptoms with medication? When do you know it’s time to change meds?
