This has been an on going saga with my ex, she first revealed a bunch of stuff about me, like fetishes I had, to people after we broke up to humiliate me, then she harassed me a bunch of times, I won't go into the fact that she was quite an abusive person before and after breaking up because it's not super relevant, but recently she revealed she had recorded a private phone call in which I was crying, and she sent this audio file to me as a voice message that had been forwarded from somewhere, which presumably means she sent it to others, and there's an implicit threat of sending it to more people by the fact she showed this to me in an argument
I live in Australia but she is from the UK, this was an online relationship, is there anyway I can get her to fuck off and leave me alone and stop spreading stuff like this about me to people
