My husband and I are going to view this property next weekend. We like the look of this place but sadly it has no allocated parking in front of it, just a small section of road which is first come first served and when my husband drove passed he said it was packed full. Is this a deal breaker? we’ve seen that there is a Tesco car park nearby where you can buy monthly 24 hour parking spaces for £40 per month which is probably what we would do. just worried about resale value if this would put most buyers off…
