So I have a tiktok account that I haven’t used for some time. Originally the account was mine, made back in 2020, a video blew up and it has 15k followers and almost a million likes. Since then, in 2023, my mum started an online business so I gave her the account to help. Now I want to regain access, when I gave it to her, i made a new email associated with her business and changed everything over. But because she hasn’t used the email account, i’m assuming it’s been deactivated or deleted because when i try to log into the gmail account it says “Gmail not found” or something like that. So I can’t log in to get the verification code it needs to let me in. I’ve tried to recover it but cannot find it at all. I have submitted a form with Tiktok, however i don’t feel optimistic, has anyone got any other ways around it or any help at all.
