96 StarCraft fish/ski. Transom replace.
The boat has swim platforms that are molded fiberglass at the stern. The transom
(3/4 inch plywood) goes up into the swim platforms. I want to chisel out 3 inches of old transom, (right where blue arrow is pointing) and replace with coosa, leaving behind the remaining old transom.
The picture with the purple mark up is a kind of x-ray of the old transom.
I have about 14 hours into this job.
