Setting up a Freezone company (SHAMS or SPC). My model is simple, a UAE manufacturer produces and stores my product, logistics company delivers it, I just sell and invoice. No physical mainland presence whatsoever.

Can I legally invoice clients in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, all emirates directly from my Freezone license? Or do I still need a dual license / mainland permit?

I’m looking into setting up with Shams Freezone and they keep pushing these extra benefits like Zoho credits, a free website, and business cards etc.

Are these things actually helpful in the real world? Or are they just random add-ons to make the package look better?

Honestly, I’m wondering if the Zoho credits are even enough to actually usr their software properly, or if I’ll just have to pay more right away anyway. And the website, is it a decent template or something super basic that I’ll end up replacing?
