I dont know where to start, but i trusted a brother out of ibew 46 WA state he was doing low voltage for years and never passed his journeyman test, he asked to borrow my books and study materials which took me over two years of notes and highlight every single page, along with RCW& WAC, Mike henry Books and Master Load Cal, which all cost over $600 compined, the value is not the money for me its the year of higlighting and notes of everything i learned in the trade he promise to return within two weeks so he can practice and test, its been over 3 months and i sent him and call him every single day with him ignoring, ladt time he responded was few weeks ago and he promised to give it back, he never did never return any call or texts since then, the fact that there is brothers screwing other brothers and playing them dirty like this makes my stomach lurching, i have never understood coworkers refuse to let borrow study materials untill now, if any brother knows him spread the words maybe he will return it back..
