so I have been waiting on my redemption to process. I logged in and messaged support asking for an update. They said to try a redemption they faster.. she said our team will be on it and then said in the meantime, try these games. So now I have in my head that they want me to spin my winnings away before they are going to cash me out. So I decided to test this theory. I canceled my current redemption and made a new one for $100 and left $1100 to lose on purpose. I played all my money away and messaged support and told them can I please have my $100 now I played the rest of it away on one of your recommended games. Guess what?my request was processed instantly. I have been waiting for a day. I messaged them again and told them that their plan worked.. It is instant redemption when you don’t win big if you win big they won’t cash it out until you lose most of the winnings. Scam or good business plan?

Has anybody had problems with getting redemption request approved with bangcoins casino lately? They advertise instant redemption, and all my redemptions in the past have been paid out within a few minutes of the request. I have never had any problems with them until yesterday morning. I am still trying to redeem winnings from yesterday morning. I have talked to customer service several times and I have gotten no answer, just a big run around. Which is crazy because they’re customer support is pretty good. The last person I chatted with said to try to redeem in smaller amounts. so I have gotten $100 of my winning. still got a lot left to redeem. Not sure what the hell is going on with this cite and they really haven’t told me anything as to why it’s not instant like they advertise.
