Good morning! Can someone tell me how IBJI is it a good company to work for? Is it a “PT mill”? Patient expectation? Productivity? Contract length?

So for astra health west their productivity is 26 points per week. Their point structure is SOC:2 points. ROC:1.5 points. Recertification:1.5 points. Routine visit:1 point. This company is hourly by the way starting at 80-120$ per hour. Is this good? What are the expectations? Thoughts ?

What are you guys thoughts on team rehab as a company? I work there and I’m not a huge fan. It’s LITERALLY a PT mill. I have no time to really eat or enjoy my patients. I’m double booked. I am in the process of looking elsewhere. Not to mention management made a PTA in charge of a physical therapist(me) 😂

So I’m applying for a HH job and it says evaluation visits range from 60-95$ per visit. It also says an IHT milestone reward program not sure what that means but can someone tell me is this good? I’m new to HH
