I filed chapter 7 and have my 341 meeting on the May 19th and I’m NERVOUS. I don’t have the greatest relationship with my lawyer. When we went over my petition he mentioned my tax refund and that the trustee will want to know where it went. I received a large refund which was mostly earned income and child tax credits. I did spend it before filing. It was spent on my attorney fees, rent, utilities, groceries, household necessities, clothes/shoes, etc. I know I didn’t do anything wrong, but it still makes me nervous. Has anyone experienced a similar situation?

I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy on 4/20 of this year. My 341 meeting is on 5/19. I had some car issues come up and was going to take out a loan on my 401k to cover costs. Is that okay to do? I guess I’m nervous to mess anything up especially with my 341 meeting coming up. Has anyone had a similar situation?
